Hailing from the west coast of Canada, XL The Band is a hip hop/ jazz/ alternative fusion band with a deep and rich history in the music industry, and decades of live experience rocking audiences of tens of thousands in arenas and at festivals, playing in orchestras, and winding up jazz clubs.

XL is composed of Prevail and Rob The Viking from the 4-time JUNO Award winning hip hop group Swollen Members, Liesa Norman, a former Vancouver Symphony Orchestra flautist and singer who holds a doctorate in music performance and composition, David Spidel, an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, and Neph from the rap group Alpha Omega.

In their first half a year of releasing music, XL have had their songs and music videos streamed over 1,000,000 times, have been selected to perform at multiple prominent festivals, and are now rolling out their first touring as a group to coincide with their debut album release in April 2020.
